Where should I check in for eco-raft tours in
Lahaina?
Check in for your whale watch, snorkel tour or dolphin search tour at our
temporary location in Lahaina near the Safeway Shopping Center, behind the
Lahaina Cannery Mall.
Check-in 30 minutes before tour tour at our temporary check-in location the
Dive Maui Shop, 1223 Front Street Lahaina, Maui, 96761.
We hope to be back at Lahaina Harbor in 2028, but grateful to continue to
operate ocean tours in Lahaina until then, mahalo for joining us!
Where do I park for tours in Lahaina?
Parking can be found on Front Street in Lahaina (we are at the north end of
the street) or near the Lahaina Cannery Mall (Safeway shopping center).
Lahaina Cannery Mall parking is about a 3-5 minute walk to the check-in
location.
Park and walk toward the ocean to Front Street. Make a left and walk over the
bridge.
The dive shop is on the right, next to Snorkel Bob’s blue building.
There is a restroom and water available at the check-in location. Merchandise
is available for purchase as well including hats, sun shirts and dry bags
(based on availability).
Mala Boat Ramp no longer offers commercial parking for tours so please do not
park at the boat ramp.
Is there a restroom near the tour?
Our check-in location offers a restroom and also purified water available for
all guests.
There is also a restroom at Safeway and the Lahaina Cannery Mall nearby.
How do I get from my cruise ship in Maui to
Lahaina?
There are a few ways to get from your cruise ship port in Kahului, Maui to
Lahaina.
By Bus
Directly across from your port location is a bus stop at WholeFoods Shopping
Center.
The bus will take you to Lahaina Cannery Mall which is a 3-5 minute walk to
our departure location on Front Street in Lahaina.

By Rental Car
Many rental car locations will pick you up from your port location in
Kahului, or you can walk to Enterprise Rental Car located about 5-10 minute
walk from your Kahului location.
A rental car will give you freedom to explore Lahaina, try restaurants, shop,
sightsee and check-out some amazing beaches.
By Ride-Share or Taxi
Ride-share like Uber or Lyft or Taxi will take you from Kahului to Lahaina.
We recommend scheduling in advance and giving yourself extra travel time so
you don’t miss your tour.
How do I get to Lahaina from
Kā’anapali?
Kāʻanapali Kahana, Nāpili and Kapalua are all north of Lahaina town proper
and just a short driving distance.
Direction from Kāʻanapali to Lahaina
Start from Kāʻanapali by driving south onto Honoapi’ilani
Hightway (HI-30).
Stay on HI-30 until you reach Lahaina- this can be
10-20 minutes depending on traffic. Allow more time if there is
construction or rush hour traffic.
You will end your journey in Lahaina where you can see the
Safeway shopping center. You can parking near the Cannery
Mall or park along front street.
If you are dropping anyone at the check-in location, turn right
from the highway to Kanpunakea, the make a left on Front
Street and follow it over the cement bridge past Old
Lahaina Luau and the shop is on the right.
How do I get to Lahaina from Kihei or Wailea?
Direction to Lahaina from Kihei or Wailea:
Drive north on Pi’ilani Highway (HI-31).
Merge onto Honoapi’ilani Highway (HI-30) heading
to Lahaina.
You will stay on this 2 lane highway as it winds along
the cliffside of the Pali Coast, past Ma’alaea and Olowalu.
The highway will divert to the end of the bypass into the heart
of Lahaina.
If you drive straight through the light you will be in the Lahaina
Cannery Mall shopping center. You can park here and walk to the check-in
location.
You can also make a right into the highway and the a left on Kapunakea,
and another right onto Front Street if you would like to drive to by the
check-in location.
Please note the parking is located on Front Street across from the shop
or near Lahaina Cannery Mall.
*Expect slower traffic due to post fire clean up, construction and
traffic pattern changes.
We recommend at least 90 minutes of travel time from South Maui to be on the
safer side and not miss your tour.
How do I get to Lahaina from Kahului and the OGG
Maui Airport?
Directions from Kahului and the Maui airport
to Lahaina.
Depart Kahului on Honoapi’ilani
Highway (HI-380) heading toward Wailuku.
HI-380 will merge onto
HI-30 and follow signs toward Lahaina.
Stay on this 2 lane
highway as it goes around the Pali coast, it’s a
beautiful scenic drive.
The highway will divert to the end of the bypass into the heart
